Washoe Lake in late fall, a storm approaches but allow a thin slice of brilliant light to make the south end of the lake glow in warm autumn gold. Washoe Lake is south of Reno along Hwy 395 in northwestern Nevada. Image is enhanced in Lightroom 5.2 and Color Efex Pro. Camera was the Sony NEX-7.
