Artist's Description

Amsterdam is the city of bicycles! The beautiful city was once over-crowded with automobiles so a great effort was put in place to allow residents, and tourists, to travel around on bicycles. Thousands are parked at the train station and along popular routes every day. This photo is available in a much larger file at another site--please email me for more information. This photo placed third in the May 2017 contest sponsored by the Travel Art group. Thank you! And if you get an opportunity to visit Amsterdam, you must take it!

Finally, in 2001, she was able to attend University of Nevada, Reno, where she studied black and white film photography...
