Description
A little "tribe" of mares and foals that live between Fernley and Mustang, Nevada. Wild horses are a treasured part of Nevada's heritage, and although few are actually related to the wild Mustangs brought over by the Spanish hundreds of years ago, they remain a symbol of a kind of freedom we have in Nevada to move around the state without fences and signs everywhere.

Congratulations on all of your features as well... that's great. :-)
Janis Knight replied:
thank you so much, Nick. they are amazing to watch; there is so much drama and interaction in the herd. and of course, the foals are so lively and inquisitive. it's no wonder that the wild horses have so many advocates.
